Carbon Monoxide Detector:
Due to an update to Building Regulations it is now law to have a Carbon Monoxide alarm present in any room with a solid fuel appliance:- The Building Regulations 2000 Approved Document J (2010 Edition) '2.34 Where a new or replacement fixed solid fuel appliance is installed in the dwelling, a carbon monoxide alarm should be provided in the room where the appliance is located.'

Flue Liner Packs:
The flue liner pack consists of; a flue adaptor, which connects the stove pipe to the flexible flue liner, Dura Flue flexible flue liner (this is 6" in diameter and 316 Grade) cut to the required length and a 6" pot hanger rain cap, this supports the flue liner from the top of the chimney and also acts as a Anti downdraft cowl and rain cap.

Please make the relevant selection above when placing your order if you require any of these parts and also select whether or not you require a Carbon Monoxide alarm sending out with your order. Please note that if these parts aren't selected with your order we can however send them at a cost after your order has been delivered.

• RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  In an ideal world every customer would love the item that they’ve just purchased, but we live in the real world and we know that sometimes there are going to be situations where the item you’ve ordered and had delivered isn’t suitable for your requirements. In the unlikely event that you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase and you want to return the goods we are pleased to offer all customers a 14 Day No Quibble Refund giving you peace of mind when you’re buying something off the internet. This will give you 14 working days in which to decide to keep the goods or return it to us for a refund.

  This meets our legal obligations to our customers under the European Directive of long distance selling. These regulations state that a person who has ordered a product online, over the phone or via a catalogue has the unconditional right to cancel order within 14 working days of delivery without having to give us a reason.

  If you wish to return the items you ordered, then in accordance with our legal obligations and quality inspection, we will issue a full refund on the purchase price of the goods.

  Requirements:

  • All goods are packed in their original packaging, undamaged and in a resalable condition
  • Returned with a completed returns form, this will be e-mailed for you to complete and must be attached to the outside of the packing in a sealed envelope.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of the goods being delivered and return it to us within 14 days

  If the goods aren't returned in a resalable condition then we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to return the item to a saleable condition.

  How to Return an Order

  To cancel your order you need to notify us, this can be either by phone, e-mail or letter. We recommend e-mail as it keeps a record of your cancellation.

  Your refund will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the goods back. However it is usually done within the same working week after quality inspection fo your goods. All goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and in a good and unused condition for a full refund to be processed.

  Returns Shipping

  Please note that it is the buyer that is responsible for any carriage costs incurred.

  This cost is usually between £90 - £140 depending on where you are and what the item is.

  Please note that any Twin Wall Parts that need to be returned will have to be collected on a pallet to be transported back safely and as such do incur a higher return cost.

  More remote postcodes (AB, IV, DD, PH) can cost more. Please contact us if you need confirmation before ordering.

  On orders placed with finance we will need to take a payment in order to be able to refund and cancel your finance application.

  This is a direct cost to us to have the item shipped and returned. We will deduct this amount from the refund. It can be an expensive job to carefully transport large delicate goods and we ask that customers make themselves aware of these charges before purchasing and make sure that they call us before processing an order if they are in any doubt if the item is suitable for their requirements.

Free 1 Man Delivery

Our "Free Delivery" is a one man service. The goods will arrive on a lorry that is about the size of a fire engine. (Please let us know in advance if you have restricted access.).

The lorry has a tail lift that allows the driver to get the fireplace off the vehicle, the fireplace will be packed on a pallet and the driver will have a pallet truck.

He'll be able wheel this as close as possible to your property, if you have a garage he'll be able to wheel it into there for you.

The pallet truck can only be wheeled over a finished surface so it's not possible to wheel it over a gravelled drive nor is it possible to wheel up or down steps.

The pallets are normally about a 1m wide so this is the minimum width gate they can fit through. Please note that the driver is not insured to unpack or carry the fireplace into your house.

If the goods are showing 24hr or 48hr delivery then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items. You'll be asked to select your a delivery date when purchasing the goods.

Please note that it is an all day delivery.

Two Man Delivery (£60)

As the name suggests with our two man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your stove into the room of your choice.

They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.

The two man delivery normally take 5 - 10 working days to be delivered from dispatch. Once the goods come into stock you will be contacted and delivery arranged.
